The wedding will take place at Villa Yustina Vineyard Park, near Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It's about a 5–10 minute drive from Villa Yustina Winery.

Guests staying at Villa Yustina Hotel should aim to arrive between 13:00 and 13:30. Official check-in is at 14:00, though early check-in may be possible.

Guests not staying at the hotel should arrive by 15:00. If you're taking the shuttle, please meet at the hotel restaurant; shuttles to Villa Yustina Vineyard Park will start running at around 15:30. You can also drive directly to the vineyard park.

We'd love you to dress up, but the dress code isn't strict—comfort is key. As it will be very warm, we recommend avoiding black. Please see the Dress Code section of your invitation for more details.

Children are welcome, and we understand that arranging childcare isn't possible for everyone. If you'd like to make the most of the day as a grown-up celebration, you might consider leaving the children with their grandparents or bringing a grandparent or nanny along.

If your children will be joining us, please let us know in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. August can be very warm, so we recommend wearing light, breathable clothing to stay comfortable.

The celebration is planned to continue until 03:00. We expect the final shuttle to run around that time.

Sofia Airport is the most convenient option for international guests, with flights to and from Amsterdam and Eindhoven. Guests coming from the UK have several connections with London — Gatwick, Heathrow and London Luton. For guests coming from Ireland, Dublin is the only airport with a connection to Sofia.

You're welcome to choose any accommodation in Sofia. We've shared a few recommended options in our Sofia hotel list, but you're free to book elsewhere. If you plan to take the wedding shuttle, we recommend staying near Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the bus pickup point.

We're planning a shuttle from Sofia to Villa Yustina on the wedding day, with a return shuttle to Sofia the following day, leaving the venue at around 17:00. The estimated cost is €20–25 per person, one way. We'll confirm the exact price once the booking is finalised.

Please indicate in your RSVP whether you'd like to use the shuttle one way or both ways, so we can plan the number of seats.

Yes. A free shuttle will take guests between Villa Yustina Hotel and Villa Yustina Vineyard Park, where the wedding will take place. Shuttles will start running at around 15:30. If you'd like to leave earlier, you can also take the shuttle back to the hotel—an option that may be especially helpful for families with children.

Yes. Guests arriving by car can park for free at Villa Yustina Hotel and take the shuttle to the wedding venue, or drive directly to Villa Yustina Vineyard Park, where free parking is also available.

Yes. If you'd prefer to travel independently, we'd recommend Top Rent A Car — we've used them ourselves and never had a problem. They have low-cost cars, several pickup locations and different drop-off options across Bulgaria, and their prices are reasonable compared with other options. You can also pick the car up at Sofia Airport.

Villa Yustina has its own hotel, which we've reserved in full for our wedding guests — you don't need to make any reservation yourself. Rooms are limited, so all we need is for you to let us know in your RSVP that you'd like to stay there — we'll match your preferences and take care of the reservation and all communication with the venue, so you don't have to worry about a thing. It also keeps things simpler for the venue itself. You'd only need to cover the cost of your stay. You can see the accommodation options and prices in the Accommodation section of the website.

If the hotel is fully booked, there are closer places to stay too — Perushtitsa (about 3 km away), Krichim and Brestovitsa are all a few minutes' drive from the venue and have guest houses and small hotels. If you stay elsewhere, please arrange and cover your own transport to and from the wedding venue.

Plovdiv is an easy day trip from Villa Yustina, around 26 km or 30 minutes by car. You could explore the historic Old Town, visit the Ancient Theatre and Roman Stadium, take in the views from Nebet Tepe, or enjoy the cafés, shops and galleries in Kapana.

Not at all — it's completely optional. Travel home, sleep in or plan your own day. We'll organise a relaxed pool gathering at the venue for anyone who'd like to come back together and unwind, and everyone is welcome, including guests who aren't staying at Villa Yustina.

A chill, relaxed day by the pool — food, drinks and time to unwind together after the celebrations. In the late afternoon we'll take the shuttle back to Sofia (around 17:00), so guests who are leaving the day after are close to the airport. If you'd like to do something in the evening in Sofia, or you're staying longer and fancy more than the pool day, let us know: depending on everyone's plans and how many would like to join, we'll organise something accordingly.

Standard checkout is at 11:00, with the option to extend until 12:00. We're also planning to book a few extra rooms so guests can shower or freshen up after the pool gathering before catching the shuttle back to Sofia. We'll take care of arranging those rooms.

Please RSVP by 1 January 2027 at the latest. You can also update your response up to that point. We'll need to confirm our final guest numbers with our suppliers shortly afterwards.

Yes. Please include any dietary requirements, such as a vegetarian meal, and any allergies in your RSVP so we can share them with the venue.
